We're pleased to offer the following services at Just For Pets Animal Clinic:

Diagnostic Services: Our clinic provides in-house blood work while you wait for complete blood count as well as blood chemistry screen.
Surgical Services: We are able to provide many routine and also a wide variety of surgical procedures such as Ovariohysterectomy(Spay), Castration( Neuter) of cats, dogs and rabbits, Tumor removal with histopathology, gastrointestinal surgery, eyelid surgery, laceration repair and Feline Bite Wound Abscess treatment.
Anesthesia: We utilize the safest available anesthetics to provide an extra margin of safety for all of our patients. Vital signs are continually monitored with an Electrocardiogram, blood pressure readings, CO2 levels, and Bair Hugger warming blanket to maintain optimal body temperature during anesthesia.
Internal Medicine: We can screen and monitor many diseases such as Pancreatic ( Diabetes), Liver, Adrenal(Cushings Disease) as well as provide treatment options.
Radiology: We offer digital radiography as well as consultation and report from a board certified radiologist if necessary.
Electrocardiograph Services: We have the ability to offer cardiac screening with electrocardiographs.
Dentistry: We offer routine teeth cleaning for dogs and cats, followed by polish and fluoride treatment. Routine extractions of mobile teeth are also done.
Laboratory: We have a full lab on site for blood work, monitoring and diagnosis of chronic conditions through complete blood count and chemistry panels.
Permanent Identification: We offer and highly recommend micro-chipping your pet for permanent identification. This can be done at a routine office visit for cats or dogs.

Our appointment book is computerized, which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come in immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.

Emergency & Urgent Care

We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty six days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet has. Usually an emergency team consists of at least one veterinarian and several technicians working together to save a pet's life. Emergencies can be things such as accidental ingestion of rat poison, hit by car, and chocolate ingestion. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call or come in immediately.

We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening. If you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment, our veterinarians will work to "squeeze" you in between scheduled appointments. When you arrive, our receptionists will be able to give you an estimate on how long you may have to wait in order to be seen.

Discounts

Just For Pets Animal Clinic offers discounted services to senior citizens, active military and local area rescue groups. Pre-approval is required to qualify for the rescue group discounts, please call us for more information.
